Genome: Your genetic blueprint, including pathogenic variants, polygenic risk scores, and pharmacogenomic profiles that determine how you respond to medications.

Epigenome: How your genes are being expressed in response to environment and lifestyle—the dynamic layer on top of your static DNA.

Anatome: Structural data from medical imaging and body composition analysis.

Exposome: Environmental factors you're exposed to—air quality, allergens, toxins, UV radiation, sleep environment, stress levels.
